Yes, Always. After receiving your submission please provide us 24 hours to listen to your music. By doing so, we can carefully select playlists aligned with your overall sound and style of music.
How many curators/playlists will listen to my song?
This will entirely depend on submission platform you choose before completing your order.
Is PLAYLIST X right for me?
With Playlist X, we have a simple directive: Get your music heard. The best part about our platform is that it's open to all artists, producers, record labels, and managers to utilize for promotion. We strive to ensure our playlist push on Spotify is organic and not biased towards any record. Our curators choose to work with the records and music they love!
Does PLAYLIST X work for all genres?
PLAYLIST X works for any genre of music! We have had our best results with the most popular genres: RnB, Hip Hop, Electronic, Rock, Pop, and Indie.
Do you guarantee my song will be on Spotify's curated or independent playlists?
Because the final decision for a song to be added to a playlist or channel is 100% up to curators, we cannot guarantee any placements. We can only guarantee that our partners and curators will hear your music.
HOW MANY STREAMS DO YOU guarantee?
We are not a pay to win service. The amount of streams generated are based on many key determining variables including: size and reach of playlist adding the song to their playlist, playlist level of engagement based on placement on playlist chart position, and the length song is kept on the playlist.
HOW CAN I REQUEST AND RECEIVE UPDATE?
We will send an introductory email with every order within 24 hours. You can request for updates every two weeks by replying to our email or via our support page found here. You can request to receive updates either by order number or Email used to place the order. We find its best to wait 2 weeks before requesting an update. It gives us enough time to submit your record to curators, get necessary confirmations, and to compile a detailed update for you.
What is PLAYLIST X refund policy?
Due to the subjectivity of curator opinion and personal ownership of curator promotional channels & playlists, PLAYLIST X will not issue refunds on the basis of poor song performance, unsatisfactory playlist placements and positioning. We require each campaign to run for a minimum of four weeks. (This allows our partners sufficient amount of time to listen to your music and track results) *Exchanges will be issued on a case-by-case basis.

Please note, we are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided for physical orders. Please allow 48 hours of processing your order to receive tracking number and confirmation of shipment. All costs are in USD. We do not ship to PO BOXES.
We offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days on items purchased at regular price when the original receipt is presented. Please send us an email and we will be more than happy to assist you!
